If it is a text to translate we prefer that it is sent to us in electronic format
(Word file, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) via e-mail. For very large files we can
activate an area of our server where you can perform an ftp upload. Any paper
material should be sent to us by post and should consist of clear and well legible copies.
We can also receive material via fax if the original is perfectly clear. You should take
into consideration that the fax of a received fax reduced legibility and often renders
text comprehension difficult. If the material you have is already not perfectly
legible then you should send it to us via post, or arrange for a high definition scan to
be sent to us as a compressed image file (.gif or .jpeg).
If it is software to
be localized you should send the source files, or local files if the software has
already been prepared for localization, via e-mail or upload them via ftp onto a specific
area of our server.
If it is a Web site to
be localized then you should give us ftp access to the site's server, or else ask us
to activate a specific area of our server where you can yourself upload the site. For
small web sites, you can also send us the complete structure in .zip format, via
e-mail.
